All but stopping, but probably not leaving =/

I’ve been on Deviantart for probably the better part of 14/15 years. But geez, I know it’s late, but I really /really/ don’t care for this new interface at all. Time was I’d be on here every day, checking messages and viewing art from people I watch. But now, I just can’t muster any enthusiasm for doing anything here anymore, I just don’t find it even remotely user friendly to me. Everything is either moved, missing, replaced or put behind “core”.


I’m not going do deactivate my account or anything, so art you like will still remain, I just don’t know if/when I’ll get any interest in using the site again (might check in a couple of years when they change everything yet again) =(


In any case, I wont leave you high and dry, I’ll probably post art here and there below

What should I draw?

I while back I asked for some suggestions of things you might like me to draw and I did a few (here), and I thought I'd do it again.

Same rule as last time - 

No OC's (original characters) sorry.

Video game, anime, , comic, movie characters are all fair game X3

Other than that, throw out any old suggestions, I can't promise i'll do them all, but if some tickle my fancy I'll give em a go =3

Dragon Quest 11 Stream inbound

I'm gonna be streaming Dragon Quest 11 tomorrow (Wednesday 5th sept) on my

&

I'll be playing most of the day, then I'll continue streaming most days until I've finished it. I need to beat it before Valkyria Chronicles 4 comes out on the 25th, then I'll stream that too =D

Cleaned up my older gallery a bit.

I've clipped out somewhere between 50/75 images from my gallery, (Which means i no longer have over 1000 deviations any more) I just put them in storage. If there is something missing you remember that you were particularly fond of, just let me know and I'll put it back in =)

The stuff removed was kinda from the 7-12 years ago era though, so i'm not sure anyone would remember it anyhow XD

Should I dump the watermark?

I’ve been thinking about practically at my fairly limited level of ability and quality, that maybe I’m one of those silly people that adds a watermark onto something that’s not really worth art thieving and am maybe spoiling what I do have as a result.

I’m just interested to know if the fact that I’ve been using a watermark has negatively effected your enjoyment of my Lunate Epsilon artwork, comic and characters.  

I mean even if my stuff was good enough for stealing, thieves either don’t care there is a watermark, or are clever enough to take them off anyway right? (Not that I’m aware of any theft to date, should i be happy or sad? lol)

Unless barely anyone noticed the 15% opacity watermark slap dab in the centre of every picture haha

Edit* I don't mean to imply that I think i'm a terrible artist or anything (as some people have tried to say i'm not) I have the normal levels of personal critique is all. It reall was more about if the watermark was affecting your enjoyment of my work =)
