Lissilla Sh'Endilev

History

Lissilla was born in the winter of 2230 on Andoria, she is the first born and oldest of her families 6 siblings, which consist of 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Her parents were all members of the Andorian Imperial Guard, and Lissilla like many Andorians, was recruited at a very young age. When she was 9 she began training in various combat techniques and tactical strategies.

At the age of 12 when on training exercise in some ruins she stumbled across a small (but broken) stone time dial that started an obsession with collecting time pieces she currently has in excess of 300 time keeping artefacts from over 20 different cultures.

She has served in the Andorian Imperial Guard, for 17 years, from the age of 14 to 31. during which she served on 8 different Androian ships from cruisers to light tactical vessels, From 28 and up she was the joint chief tactical officer aboard a Andorian cruiser.

At the age of 31, she made the choice to leave the Andorian Imperial Guard, and pursue her interest in archaeology and collecting time pieces. At the current time she believed she had gone as far with her life as the AIG could take her, and her other 5 siblings were also enrolled so her family was still strongly represented.

She spent the next 7 years ship jumping exploring the quadrant, during the first year she met and married another Andorian archaeologist doing similar things to herself. They participated in digs on 5 different world during that time, donating all (mostly all) finds to the local cultures history divisions. On 5th and final dig approximately 4 years into their relationship they temporarily settled on the planet (Desran 2). Together they studied many of the ancient cultures on that world and both procured jobs in a local museum, Lissilla was employed for excavation and her husband was employed as a museum artefact maintainer.

They remained married for 6 years in total until they mutually separated in 2270, reasons quoted were "A personal nature".

At the age of 38 and after the separation she was pining for a change of pace and applied to join Starfleet, hey background gained her some merit for development and she spent the next 3 years training in security and tactical officer status, graduating 1 year ahead of the 4 years span, she spent the next year upgrading her rank before active duty.

By the year 2274 she had earned the rank of JG Lieutenant within Starfleet and was eligible for immediate active duty. Of the 3 available ships, she chose the Legacy-A due to it's record of visiting many new worlds.

She is currently still taking holo-deck courses and subspace testing to upgrade herself again to Lieutenant.

Personal information

- Try's to learn a friendly greeting in every culture she encounters, can currently do this in 13 cultures.
- She refrains from drinking because she is a very short tempered drunk and it's embarrassing to her.
- She enjoys Operatic music, sometimes with mixtures of piano and string instruments.
- Always carries a watch at all times, hates tardiness and will often scold people if they are late without informing her they will be late.
- Shy's away from eating most kinds of meat, she isn't a vegetarian but doesn't care for the texture of most animal meats. She also dislikes chocolate, if she eats sweets, she much prefers shortbread or spongecakes.
- She has received Training in 4 listed forms of combat arts - Chaka fighting and Kharakom from Andoria, and Taekwondo and Fenching from Earth.
- She refrains from wearing dresses because she feels lightly self-conscious about her leg scar [See medical], but if she does, she also wears long socks or dark stocking.


Personality
Lissilla is very task driven and like to plan things out well in advance, She dislikes having to make snap-calls without enough information. She is very disciplined in her actions after 19 years of AndorianIG training, and will for most part, follow any orders given by a superior officer unless they are outrageously stupid. In some cases she will outwardly vocalize her distain in a near condescending manner. She always looks out for every member of her team, now in a semi-maternal way, and enjoys praising good work as much as scolding bad work. Whenever she gets overly frustrated she relaxes to either opera music or repairing/restoring time pieces, or failing that, going to the gym or firing range to punch and shoot something to vent without causing a scene. Outside of Duty though she is much more relaxed, she'll talk to most people and is always willing to lend an ear unless it's pestering, or a non-problem.


Medical
- Physically fit, Lissilla frequently goes to the gym and does well balanced exercise and martial arts training, coupled with her low fat diet has kept her in excellent shape.
- Broke 3 of her fingers on right hand. While travelling the quadrant, she was a victim of a mugging, unfortunately for the mugger, she broke his nose, unfortunately for Lissilla, that also broke 3 of her fingers.
- Had corrective eye surgery in her left eye after being dazzled by bright reflective light on the surface of Andoria, no lasting effects.
- Left shinbone was replaced with a temporary rod made of Titanium, this was a result of her leg being crushed and the bone mostly destroyed when a refrigerator appliance protecting artefacts in the museum she was working came loose from it's mount fell on her. The bone was regenerated internally at a later date, but lack of suitable dermal regeneration technology on Desran 2 during the initial surgery means she was left with a 4inch scar on her left leg where surgery took place.
